The Design-Builder assumes a greater portion of the risk than in other delivery methods, helping to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. Compared to traditional methods, where the owner bears most of the risk, our approach provides peace of mind and reliability.
We establish cost certainty much earlier in the project lifecycle. Unlike the Design-Bid-Build model, where costs are only finalized after design and bidding, our approach provides cost certainty as early as the start of construction documents, often several months sooner than older methods.
