After our crews completed selective demolition activities, metal stud framing was installed, followed by subcontractors who roughed in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. With these systems in place, the project progressed to the drywall installation phase, preparing the space for the next steps of painting and flooring work. In the final stages, our team focused on the installation of plumbing fixtures, electrical lighting and devices, and HVAC diffusers and controls. The project also included the installation of custom millwork throughout the space. Despite the aggressive four-month timeline, our team successfully completed the stipulated sum project, meeting all deadlines and delivering a high-quality buildout to the client.
