Marous Brothers Construction was selected by Stoneleigh Development to deliver Waterford Bluffs, a $46.6 million, 284,000-square-foot market-rate apartment complex in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood. Designed by Vocon, the building includes 241 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units built atop a post-tension concrete podium with two levels of underground parking. The structure features a four-story panelized wood frame system above, balancing efficiency and long-term durability. Key amenities include a two-story lobby, an elevated pool deck, and high-end interior finishes that reflect the demands of today’s urban renter. Completed in 2022, our team brought this prominent development to life, contributing to the continued growth and energy of one of Cleveland’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
