Comprised of 37 two-story, wood-frame buildings, each structure contains four fully furnished units, with each unit providing four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Additional in-unit amenities include laundry facilities, creating a comfortable and private living environment for students. This expansive, student-focused design combines both community and privacy, supporting students’ academic and social needs. Beyond their townhomes, students at Villas on Rensch have access to an 8,900 sq. ft. community center, equipped with a student lounge, game center, fitness facility, and a wireless internet café. The community center also features an outdoor patio with a fireplace and hot tub spa, offering students a place to unwind and connect. Marous Brothers Construction used prefabricated panelized frame construction for the villas, as well as providing rough and finish carpentry, casework, doors and hardware, drywall, insulation, acoustic ceilings, and Division 10 specialties to bring this vibrant student community to life.
