U Club Binghamton

The facility, designed to provide students with a premier living experience, offered fully furnished townhomes with private bathrooms, a clubhouse with upgraded amenities, and a 24-hour fitness center. Students could also enjoy a 3,076 sq. ft. recreation center featuring billiards, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, and a golf simulator. An outdoor courtyard with BBQ grills, a hot tub with a sun deck, and an Academic Success Center with computers added to the facility’s appeal, making it the top choice for student housing on campus. The complex incorporated energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, reflecting a commitment to sustainability. This 17-month project, delivered through construction management, included the construction of 19 villa-style townhome buildings and one brownstone-style townhome building, with a total capacity of 560 beds. Marous Brothers Construction’s dedication to quality and efficiency ensured that this new student housing complex met the high standards set by both Binghamton University and American Campus Communities, providing a dynamic and comfortable living environment for students.
