The project began with a complete demolition of the existing layout and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to prepare for the new design. This extensive overhaul allowed for the integration of an open office concept tailored to foster collaboration and enhance functionality for the client. The renovation included the installation of new glass wall systems, bringing a contemporary look while maintaining areas for privacy. New finishes were applied throughout the space, elevating the aesthetic and creating a cohesive atmosphere. Additionally, lab casework was installed to support the specialized needs of Sea-Land Chemical Companies. Updated MEP systems were incorporated to ensure efficiency and comfort, aligning with the latest standards. The completed project delivered a fresh, adaptable workspace that reflected the company’s commitment to innovation and modern design.
