Our Special Projects Group was selected by Monarch Alternative Capital to bring their new restaurant concept, Masa & Agave Cantina, to life within the Westin Hotel in Downtown Cleveland. This fast-track project, completed in just eight weeks, involved a full renovation of the interior bar and restaurant, beautifully integrating furniture hand-picked by the Owner. Exterior enhancements to the outdoor patio along St. Clair & East 6th Street were also part of the plan. This 5,570 square foot renovation not only elevates the hotel for its guests but also creates a new downtown destination for locals.
