Marous Brothers Construction partnered with Weber Murphy Fox Architects and American Campus Communities to deliver Cleveland State University’s $38 million Euclid Commons Housing project. Built in two phases, the 232,000-square-foot, four-story wood-frame structure accommodates 559 students in apartment-style suites equipped with wireless internet, electronic security access, kitchenettes, lounges, and social spaces. The project also included ground-level retail, administrative offices, and a 300-space parking garage to support campus life and accessibility. Designed to meet LEED Silver Certification standards, the project emphasized sustainability, energy efficiency, and student-focused design. Our teams self-performed sitework, concrete, carpentry, drywall, and acoustical ceiling installations.
