In the first phase, the showroom, offices, and customer areas were modernized with significant upgrades to the restroom facilities, service drive, and service advisor stations. A stylish, upgraded customer lounge was created, offering a more comfortable and immersive environment for clients, while a revamped conference room ensured a sleek and professional space for meetings. The exterior received a major facelift with the installation of new ACM panels and a state-of-the-art EIFS finish, giving the building a refreshed, contemporary appearance that matched the quality of the vehicles inside.
Phase two focused on enhancing the infrastructure with strategic additions and renovations. A new mezzanine was added to the parts storage area, maximizing efficiency and storage capacity. Meanwhile, the site benefited from extensive concrete work that improved accessibility and flow around the facility. This comprehensive upgrade not only modernized Classic BMW’s physical space but also elevated the customer experience, aligning the dealership’s environment with the premium service and products it offered.
