Project Update
Woodhill Center East: Phase Two of the transformative Buckeye Woodhill Choice Neighborhood Transformation is complete!
This phase brings 77 new housing units to this Cleveland community, including a contemporary four-story apartment building and neighboring walk-up townhomes.
Highlights Include:
- Large windows, Energy Star-rated appliances, in-unit laundry
- Modern flooring, plentiful cabinet space, video intercom system, walk-in closets and kitchen islands
- Fitness room, community space, and outdoor patios
Our Multi-Family Housing Group led the overall construction efforts, and our Carpentry & Interior Finishes Group managed flooring, cabinets, trim, and drywall installation.
Throughout construction, we also worked closely with developers The Community Builders, Inc. & the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, as well as Community Career Outreach & the City of Cleveland to help create career opportunities and exceed compliance requirements.

Groundbreaking Ceremony - The Hitchcock Center for Women
Marous Brothers Construction was honored to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for The Hitchcock Center for Women’s new 77,000 square feet residential treatment and recovery facility.
