Porsche Beachwood Featured in Properties Magazine
Feature Article
We’re happy to share a Properties Magazine article featuring the state-of-the-art Porsche Beachwood Facility.
Marous Brothers Construction is proud to have been the construction partner on this $23 million project, designed by the talented architectural firm Penney Design Group, LLC. This cutting-edge facility is one of the first Gen. 5 Porsche Dealerships completed in the US and the first in the Midwest, following the Gen. 5 Prototype built in Palm Springs, California.
Some key features include:
- A sprawling 65,000 square-foot area comprising two buildings: the main sales and service building and a smaller detail building.
- An ACM facade over the front entrance designed to mimic the rear end of the Porsche 911 Carrera, gorgeously illuminated in red at night.
- A beautiful two-floor showroom equipped with a vehicle elevator to display cars on the second floor.
- A fully tiled service shop housing one alignment lift and 19 in-ground vehicle lifts, each with a full workstation.
A huge thank you to the Penske Automotive Group for putting their trust in our Construction Management team to bring this vision to life. We look forward to watching this facility become a landmark destination for Porsche enthusiasts everywhere.
