Key upgrades included separating the conference room from the kitchenette for added privacy and converting a previously flexible office into two independent offices. A new training room was created from a back-of-house area to support team development, with the HVAC system adapted to suit each redefined space. In the front-of-house areas, the renovation introduced new lighting fixtures, acoustical ceilings, updated wall paint, hard ceilings, refreshed doors and frames, and new carpeting and baseboards, giving the space a cohesive, welcoming aesthetic. Additional improvements included updated interior and exterior signage, along with digital signage at the building entry for added convenience and brand presence. Audio-visual systems were integrated into the training and conference rooms to enhance collaboration, and minimal security upgrades were implemented for essential protection. This renovation achieved a thoughtful balance of functionality and professional ambiance, bringing the facility in line with Ohio CAT/Sitech’s vision for an optimized workspace.
